Absolute worst gym I've ever been to. I went through the proper cancellation process prior to moving out of NY only to be contacted by a collection agency several months later stating that I owe several months worth of membership fee's. After weeks of speaking with the manager who had told me he settled the conflict and that I no longer owed a balance it was brought to my attention that he in fact lied and the balance was still due. After weeks of phone calls with member services and the manager at that point, I finally called it quits and payed the balance because it was obvious they weren't there to help. They just wanted their money. Save yourself, go join Retro Gym.

The gym has everything I need, it is always kept clean, the staff is very helpful and always welcoming. I am definitely happy to have this gym close to home ! Not to mention they are the most reasonably priced gym I have ever come across. The only thing they don't have is child care.
Started off good, but fading fast! Lately? It's been very hot at the gym. They are skimping on the air conditioning. The gym isn't as clean as it was 6 months ago, either.
I started using this gym on May 7th 2017 because I was told it would cost only $20 A month pay as you go ,no contract and you can stop coming at anytime with no hidden fees or charges. Sounded to good be true however the young lady was convincing. Great so I called the gym on July 26th to thank and inform them that I would be stopping the use of their gym , I couldn't find time to go and hadn't gone in over a month "ok sure" I was told but I would need to go in person and fill out a form . So I stopped by on july 27th well so much for no hidden charges!! In order for me to "STOP COMING AT ANYTIME WITH NO HIDDEN FEES OR CHARGES" THEY CHARGED ME A $26 CANCELLATION FEE TO STOP COMING AT ANYTIME WITH NO HIDDEN FEES! BUT WAIT AND THAN THEY CHARGED A $45 ANNUAL MAINTENANCE FEE WHICH IS CHARGED ON THE 3RD DAY IF THE 3RD MONTH WHILE YOU ARE USING THE GYM. OK WELL I EXPLAINED TO THE CLERK WHO WAS ASSISTING AND BY THE WAY HE AGREED THAT I HADN'T BEEN USINGTHE GYM FOR THE 3RD MONTH TO ROLL AROUND SO HE WENT TO SPEAK WITH THE PERSON IN CHARGE AND WAS TOLD TO CHARGE ME ANYWAY. GREAT!!! SO IN ALL IN COST ME $71.67 TO STOP USING THIS BLINK GYM IN SELDEN NY WITH SO CALLED ""NO HIDDEN CHARGED."" VERY POOR REPRESENTATION OF THIS BRAND.. BEWARE!!!
